I am running windows vista. I have USB speakers plugged in. If i am using my headphones, and i unplug them, how do i make the USB speakers automatically start playing?

I could only set one device as default audio playback. Whatever i set that to, when i unplug the headphones, it shows that it is still playing to that port until i close the program and re-run it. Is there any software that i can download that would maybe let me switch which playback device is working?

I have two stereo speakers right now, but I want two smaller ones to splice in so I can have four speakers. I’ve been looking at some inexpensive computer speakers, but those only have the 3.5mm audio out thing and the USB cable. Is there anyway to hardwire or get a converter to plug the computer speakers into, that I could cut open and splice into the other speakers cords?

I an an old Rondo Graphic Equalizer Amplifier that I want to hook up to my stereo. It has 11 wires coming from it, all solid colors. The wiring diagram shows that red is a 12v power source and black is ground. It says to connect 6 of the wires to the power and ground of 4 speakers. This leaves three wires to go the the stereo. Problem is, there is four outputs from the stereo, 2 four each speaker. Does this mean that one of the wires going to the stereo has to cover each ground? Thanks for any help,

I have technics cassette deck RS-TR474 from about 1960′s and a Samsung LCD Tv. Its got all the sockets ect on back and sides. The cassette deck has no speakers but 2 red and 2 white sockets on the back. Ive tried using red and white lead from one to the other but no sound comes to the tv speakers.It works ok when using headphones. Can you help and thankyou
